This notice covers the ActaClad public website and enquiries sent through it. Customer product data and contracted services may be governed by separate agreements and privacy terms.
Privacy questions: info@actaclad.com ↗Information you provide
The Contact form collects your work email, company, role, area of interest and message. AI Registry early access collects your work email and company. If you email us, we also receive the information you include in your correspondence. Please do not send credentials, patient information or other sensitive system data through these forms.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss the products or services you requested, and follow up on your early-access request. We also process limited technical information to operate the website, diagnose delivery problems and prevent abuse. Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, these activities support our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating a secure website, or steps you request before entering a contract.
Service providers and access
The website is hosted on Vercel. Enquiries are forwarded through the ActaClad contact service and delivered using Resend to the team handling your request. Hosting and email services process technical information such as IP addresses, request timestamps and delivery records as part of operating their services. Our teams in the United States and India, and the providers supporting them, may process information outside your country. Contact us for details about the handling of your enquiry.
Website analytics
This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. Form contents are not included in analytics events by our form implementation.
Links to product sites and other external services have their own privacy practices.
Retention
How long we retain correspondence depends on whether your enquiry remains active, whether it develops into a business relationship, and applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. You can contact us to ask about retention of your information or request deletion.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you have shared, or to stop following up on your enquiry. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, receive a portable copy, or complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
