A score without enough evidence can hide uncertainty. When evidence is insufficient, the AgentGuard Trust Score reports insufficient data instead of a number.

Available run evidence → Enough evidence? (Check before reporting a score.)

Outcomes:
- Sufficient (Report the Trust Score.)
- Insufficient (Report “insufficient data”, not a number.)

Missing evidence is an explicit state. A number should not disguise uncertainty.
